Terms & Booking Conditions:

Check-in:

- Reception Hours: 24 hours by telephone
- Check in from 17:00 - 21:00 pm
- Check-out time is 11:00 am
- free luggage storage for our guests

Method of payment:

For payment by credit card at the Hotel am Ledermuseum  Visa, MasterCard or Maestro are allowed. When paying by credit card the hotel will charge 3% of the total amount as a credit card fee.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
 

Dogs in Hotel:

Dogs ownership in the room is not permitted. Without registration of dogs we charge for misrepresentation 100,- Euro.

Alcohol, smoking ban:

Open fires, smoking and lighting candels are not permitted in the stairwell, corridor, breakfast room, sanitary area and hotel rooms. In the event of a violation, we will charge a cleaning fee of 100€.

Cancellation Policy

A free cancellation is possible until 12:00 am on the day of arrival. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
